| My first experience at the auto shop was a great one, and i will be returning on going from this point, the customer service received from this place was better than any other place ive been to, i was not mislead with pricing, the price given on the phone was the exact price i paid, they even added some small complimentary add ons, and detailed billing was great, and also a detailed report with pricing of what needs to be done, all in all the experience was superb and i would recommend anyone to check it out. chris johnson |

| As a former Cadillac owner I am used to mechanics dropping everything to give me immediate service. It has been very humbling to now drive a piece of junk and be continuously unemployed. Thank goodness the Auto Shop is there for me, I can never repay them! Literally! Mike Dawg |

| Having just recently moved to Guelph, we had to have the car certified in a short period of time.The Auto Shop and its employees were great and did what was asked along with repairs on time at an extremely affordable price. In addition, David was extremely helpful in directing us to other shops that were reputable and honest in their pricing. I will definitely go back for all of my future work |

| When i came to your garage for repairs i did not know what to expect to be honest. After being delt with in a polite manor showing excellent customer service. Even though dealing with the hustle and bustle of the workplace and the phone ringing off the hook.. I was able to get a my car in within a few days and with a time that suited me and not the shop. The work was done on my car and i am completely satisfied with the work carried out by the well trained team. All this comes with years of experience and dedication to their work.
